2011 REGISTRATION

Tuesday April 19th & Wednesday April 20th

6-8 pm

Hunter Community Center

-Flag/Pep $75 April 19th & 20th ONLY

(after April 20th $100)

-Freshman, JV & Varsity $130 April 19th & 20th ONLY

(after April 20th $150)

FOOTBALL AGE//WEIGHT LIMITS

All participants (football & cheer) must be 5 by August 1rst, 2011.

-Flag is age 5, 6 & 7 with no weight limit.

-Freshman is age 8 & 9 with a weight limit of 125.

-JV is age 10 & 11 with a weight limit of 145.

-Varsity is age 12 & 13 with a weight limit of 170.

CHEERLEADING AGE/GRADE LIMITS

Cheerleading participant eligibility is based on age/grade during the season.

-Pep is age 5 by August 1rst, 2011, 6 & 7, grades Kindergarden, 1rst & 2nd

-Freshman is age 8 & 9, grades 3rd & 4th

-JV is age 10 & 11, grades 5th & 6th

-Varsity is age 12 & 13, grades 7th & 8th

Participants are responsible for supplying your own physical by the doctor of your choice. Physicals must be dated after April 15th, 2011.

Must provide registration fee, current picture, copy of birth certificate, physical, & all signatures.

Registration must be complete to participate.
